I have been doing fitness competitions for the last 5 years, with the WBFF. I won my first competition and earned my PRO status right away, and I’ve consistently placed in the Top 10 since then. I started out in the Bikini category, and moved up to Figure later on. In the four World Championships I did, I placed 9th, 6th, 6th, and 10th from 2011 to 2014. I have consistently trained with the one and only Larry Vinette, an IFBB PRO with a training pedigree dating back to 1994.
I was born in Dubai and immigrated to Montreal, Canada in 1996 to study at McGill. I was heavily involved with swimming competitions back then, and led a fairly active life. After university, I spent a decade doing ballroom dancing competitions, since the fact that these combined artistry with athleticism fascinated me. Over the years I found myself doing some half-marathons, for fun, and all this physical activity eventually led me to fitness, where I have felt at home ever since.
